Sessions are open to children only 

As the mom of two beautiful daughters, I know how important it is to capture every moment of their life.
Our kids are growing so fast, and unfortunately, it Is impossible to remember everything you would like to.
And only looking at the photographs, you can recall your happy memories that have already been erased by memory.

I want to allow each child to have their outstanding PORTRAITS.

 

It's our responsibility as parents to write our children's biography through photographs.

After confirmation about your date and time and to save your spot please e-transfer a $50 secure deposit to:

 irinastelmakhphoto@gmail.com

The deposit is non-refundable. if you can not make it on the booked date please contact Irina 48hours before your photoshoot and we will choose the next available date.

When you will make a payment, PLEASE  provide - your name, your child name, time, and date your photoshoot

The rest of the payment is payable on the day of your photoshoot by e-transfer or cash.
 
Please, note we do not accept cheques.
FAQs + ADDITIONAL DETAILS

1 

Q: How do we receive images? How many images will we receive?

A: Within 5-7 business days after your Mini-Session, you will receive the email to view an online gallery. This gallery will allow you to see ALL of your images from your Mini-Session. You’ll be able to pick 10 images by putting hearts for your favourites pictures. If you want more than 10 portraits, you’ll be able to purchase additional images, each extra photo is $15. A final gallery will be emailed to you for downloading your high-resolution images.

Q: Where will Mini-Sessions take place?

A: Mini-Sessions will take place at Irina Stelmakh PHOTO Studio -  1868 Glen Dr, Vancouver

Q: How can I contact the photographer with any questions?

A: Please email irinastelmakhphoto@gmail.com  Irina will answer all emails by the next business day.

Q: When will Mini-Sessions take place?

A: Mini-Sessions will take place on Thursday, july 22nd and Sunday, July 25th, between 09:00 am-8:0pm.

Q: Can we wear shoes during the photo session?

A: We will try our best to keep our backdrop as clean as possible. Children will be around and we would like to keep the environment hygiene and clean. If you do need to wear shoes, please bring clean/new shoes for the shoot.

Q: Can we change outfits?

A: Given the shortened time frame of the mini-session, there will not be time for outfit changes unless you buy two sessions.

Q: What should we wear?

A: Please take some time to think about your attires for your beautiful photos. Here some pictures on Pinterest for your inspiration. 

📌Due to the shortened time frame of the mini-session, please BE IN TIME or 5 min earlier. 

📌 Due to the shortened time frame, the photo session will be exactly 30 minutes and no longer. 

📌 Please note, if you are late, the photo session will not last longer than your remaining time.

after each photo shoot, ​we need time to disinfect the studio and ventilate it. Thank you for understanding😊
